I am so frustrated and annoyed, i only wanted to log in to redeem some twitch prime reward, and i got locked out, then ran around by bull crap support staff, and unresponsive unhelpful people. However, there was apparently a problem with using special characters in the password, which would cause the launcher to fail to login, though this should have applied to your previous login if you were affected by this. Closing the launcher and opening it again usually fixes this issue, with the Account Name and Password fields usually being auto filled correctly after 1 or 2 attempts when this bug occurs. So I tried to reset it via the autmatic password reset system on this website but I didnt receive the email to reset my PW!
