You should be using the 5w30 VW 507.00 oil in both of them, or in short - the stuff the dealerships are selling now.
From ETKA, both are 140hp CR TDIs, both are used in a pretty wide range of models, but the CFFB seems to be in more models and in Blue Motion versions of some of them, and is newer. Meaning, the CBAB seems to have been replaced by 2011 by the CFFB, except for some reason is still in use in the Tiguan sold in Korea.
